En horas de la mañana del día de hoy en la ciudad de Yacuiba, el Asambleísta Regional de la Provincia Autónoma del Chaco, Guimer Veizaga se pronunció con relación a la intervención de la Empresa Tarijeña del Gas (EMTAGAS) aduciendo que se trabajará en una disposición normativa regional que le de base jurídica al Ejecutivo regional, José Quecaña para la creación de empresas regionales.
Mañana se analizará y se estructurá esta normativa en la ciudad benemérita de Villa Montes para luego poner a consideración del pleno de la Asamblea Regional.
«Con esta normativa, el Ejecutivo regional tendrá la base jurídica para crear las empresas que correspondan al Estado, si bien nuestra normativa no tiene rango de Ley, pero nuestro Estatuto sí y nos da la potestad de aplicar la autonomía», enfatizó Veizaga.
Asimismo, aseguró que la Asamblea regional no puede realizar una defensa directa de EMTAGAS porque la Gobernación de Tarija siempre afirmó que EMTAGAS es propiedad de la capital tarijeña y no del chaco.
«Cuando tuvieron este problema de intervención por parte de YPFB recién dijeron que EMTAGAS es también del Chaco, que la Gobernación departamental demuestre que el Chaco tiene propiedad legal de algo de la empresa intervenida y SETAR», sostuvo el Asambleista.
Ley de Redistribución del 45%
Con relación a la redistribución de las regalías de 45% que demandan los municipios de Entre Rios, Padcaya y Bermejo que hoy realizan un paro de 24 horas con bloqueo de carreteras exigiendo a la Asamblea Legislativa departamental para que agende su tratamiento, sostuvo que es una incoherencia, pues ellos no dejan que exploren Tariquía pero si quieren regalías.
Además, la demanda de estos municipios no es viable porque no tiene viabilidad política ni jurídica, pues esta ley ha sido rechazada hasta por el gobierno central.
Que no aprevechen las circunstacias electorales para tratar este tema – afirmó Veizaga.
