Acusan el Ministerio Público Fiscal, la Oficina Anticorrupción y la Unidad de Información Financiera. Hay 12 imputados además de la senadora, van a declarar unos 160 testigos, el expediente tiene 60 cuerpos de 200 páginas cada uno y cuentan con 150 cajas con documentación.
