Tras la culminación de un paro cívico en Monteagudo en rechazo a un crédito municipal, los movilizados continuaron la vigilia y encerraron con candado al alcalde y a cuatro concejales en la Casa de la Cultura a horas 17:00 del día martes y la situación se mantiene hasta el momento.
Ronald Aramayo, alcalde de Monteagudo, denunció a radio Aclo la vulneración de sus derechos y que incluso entre los encerrados hay una niña de siete años, hija de una concejala.
» Nosotros nos vinimos con el concejo a la Casa de Cultura ya que la instalación del Concejo Municipal había sido tomada y sorpresivamente a la 17:00 (del martes) han venido a la Casa de la Cultura a colocarnos candado, sin importar que la presidenta del concejo se encontraba con su hija de siete años, no les ha interesado si ella tenía hambre o frío”, señaló Aramayo.
La medida se asumió ante la negativa de los ediles a eliminar la resolución municipal 056/2019 que, según explicó la concejal secretaria Lourdes Vargas, solo permite al alcalde Ronald Aramayo iniciar gestiones para ver si el crédito de Bs 60 millones del Banco Unión es posible o no; dinero que será destinado para siete proyectos, entre ellos un complejo de cárnicos. Un intento de negociación a altas horas de la noche no prosperó, pese a la presencia del Defensor del Pueblo en Chuquisaca.
El presidente del Consejo Social de Salud de Monteagudo, Luis Gonzales, informó que el paro cívico de 24 horas de ayer fue contundente, pero asumieron la vigilia en la Casa de la Cultura porque las autoridades pretendían hacer un viaje a Tarabuco para la entrega de maquinaria que el presidente Evo Morales hará hoy, justificó.
