Hoy 1 de julio la Defensoría de la Niñez y Adolescencia del Gobierno Municipal de la ciudad de Yacuiba aperturó una oficina en las dependencias de la Administración de la Terminal de Buses para emitir autorizaciones de viaje a menores que deseen viajar con su padre, madre o tutor en estas vacaciones invernales dentro del territorio nacional.
El Director de la Defensoría de la Niñez, Dr. Jhonny Núñez informó que los días de atención serán de lunes a domingo en los horarios de 17:00 a 21:00 horas, horario en el cual hay mayor afluencia de personas que viajan a diferentes lugares.
Para realizar el trámite se requiere presentar el carnet de identidad o certificado de nacimiento en original y fotocopia del menor como de los padres o en su defecto de terceras personas; luego deberán llenar un formulario; todo el trámite es gratuito.
Cuando el menor tiene que viajar al exterior del país debe sacar el permiso correspondiente del Juzgado de la Niñez y Adolescencia o de un Notario de Fé Pública.
El trámite lo pueden realizar tanto en las oficinas de la Defensoría, ubicada en el Mercado Lourdes, tercera planta o en la Terminal de buses como ya se indicó.
Los controles de autorización de viaje no solo se realizarán en la terminal de buses, si no también en las paradas de trufis de los servicios interprovinciales e interdepartamentales.
Estos controles se están realizando para evitar la Trata y tráfico de personas; rapto porque muchas veces hay conflictos de tenencia o guarda por parte de uno de los progenitores.
Cuando el menor viaje acompado de ambos padres no es necesario la autorización de viaje.
