El Gobernador departamental de Tarija, Adrián Oliva califica de ilegal la toma a la Empresa Tarijeña del Gas (EMTAGAS) por funcionarios de la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, puesto que la empresa tarijeña fue creada mediante Decreto Supremo N° 22048 y la Resolución 03/2018 emitida por la ANH está por debajo del decreto, lo manifestó en conferencia de prensa brindada desde las afueras de las oficinas de esta empresa el dia de ayer en Yacuiba.
Ante esta situación es que sentaron las denuncias: vía administrativa ante la ANH para que anulen tal Resolución, penalmente a los que emitieron la resolución y por la intervención ilegal.
«Queremos que se imponga la ley porque estamos en democracia y no en la época de la dictadura cuando se tomaban las instituciones recurriendo a la fuerza del orden como es la Policia» dijo Oliva.
Asimismo, enfatizó que se pedirá un informe al Gobernador Regional, José Quecaña y a la Asamblea regional el por qué no se se trabajó en la creación de empresas regionales y por qué se pretende regalar más de 200 millones de bolivianos a una empresa nacional como es YPFB.
Con relación al tema se entrevistó a la Notaria de Fé Pública, Dra. Silvia Hilarión quien manifestó que el día en que se intervino a EMTAGAS solo se realizó el inventario de los activos fijos que estaban en la parte exterior de las oficinas (patio) de EMTAGAS; no se inventario los documentos porque no tenian autorización para ingresar al interior de las oficinas.
Nota.-El día de ayer activistas que rechazan la intervención a EMTAGAS colocaron carteles en la paredes de esta institución con las siguientes frases: «Quecaña traidor», «EMTAGAS no se regala», «No al atropello ni al centralismo nacional», etc.
