El Banco Bisa reveló que sufrió el desfalco de Bs 2,2 millones y $us 250.000 en las agencias del IC Norte y de Equipetrol de Santa Cruz, pero el seguro está cubriendo las pérdidas económicas, según la directora de la Autoridad de Supervisión del Sistema Financiero (ASFI), Ivette Espinoza.
Producto de una revisión realizada el 6 de febrero de la presente gestión, se identificaron diferencias de efectivo.
Los exjefes de Operación de la Agencia de IC Norte y Equipetrol (Santa Cruz) del Banco Bisa, Yamasaki R. y Ana S., ejecutaron el desfalco.
“Hay un reporte que tienen que hacer las entidades financieras sobre estos casos y efectivamente iniciar las acciones correctivas de este caso que sí fue reportado, se llegó a las instancias que corresponden y las entidades cuentan con seguros necesarios para cubrir este tipo de hechos”, confirmó Espinoza.
Anunció que las entidades reportan a los funcionarios que se ven envueltos en ese tipo de hechos para que no trabajen en el sistema bancario.
