Este lunes 1 de abril, la Gobernación Regional y la Policia representados por el Gobernador regional, José Quecaña y el Comandante de frontera policial, Cnel. Ariel Tórrez suscribirán un convenio para que la Gobernación suminstre combustible e insumos a la institución del órden.
Según el Director de Seguridad ciudadana del Gobierno regional, Roberto Veizaga el convenio se firmará a través de la dirección de Seguridad ciudadana y se fortalecerá a la Policía con resursos provenientes del Impuesto Directo a los Hidrocarburos (IDH).
«Sin la firma de un convenio no se puede otorgar ningún tipo de insumo a la Policia y de los mismos realizamos un control a todo lo otorgado mediante recibos y facturas» dijo Veizaga.
Asimismo, informó que se firmó también un convenio con la Dirección Distrital de Educación para trabajar con las brigadas escolares como parte de las políticas y planes de prevención de seguridad ciudadana.
