Yacuiba: sector transporte se declaró en emergencia por la conversión vehicular a GNV

Los Dirigentes del sector de Transporte se declararón en emergencia porque la intervención a EMTAGAS afecta también a la continuidad del Programa departamental de conversión vehicular a GNV, mismo que tendría que iniciar nuevamente el día de hoy.

Según el Sr. Edson Aratia, Ejecutivo de la Federación del Transporte Unificado se apersonaron a las oficinas de YPFB a recabar información con relación al programa de conversión de GNV y la retención de los 0,20 centavos que se realiza en las estaciones de servicio adheridos al programa; pero, los funcionarios no pudieron dar información alguna porque tienen desconocimiento total de este tema.

Ante esta situación es que este sector se encuentra preocupado al no saber que pasará con el Fondo Rotatorio, pues éste funciona con las retenciones de los 0,20 centavos.

Asimismo, el Secretario de hidrocarburos de la Gobernación departamental, Fredy Castrillo señaló que según la Ley nacional N° 3802 EMTAGAS se constituía en agente de retención dentro del Fondo Rotatorio para el Programa de conversión vehicular a GNV en todas las estaciones de servicio; pero con la situación que atraviesa EMTAGAS no se sabe cuando ni cómo se reiniciará.

Por ello, el sector transporte pide a las autoridades competentes dar la información correspondiente a este programa y el cómo se procederá la retensión de los 0,20 centavos.
