El denominado “Abogado del Diablo” Jhasmani Torrico Leclere retornará a la cárcel de Chonchocoro de La Paz por decisión de la Sala Penal cuarta que determinó dejar sin efecto un anterior fallo del Juzgado Primero Anticorrupción de Cochabamba que el pasado 9 de abril había dispuesto que el procesado retorne al penal de el Abra de Cochabamba, para garantizar el tratamiento médico de su pierna
Tras este nuevo dictamen Torrico permanecerá en Chonchocoro. Al salir de la audiencia el procesado afirmó que si declara “se quedarán sin jueces ni fiscales”. Añadió que lo quieren orillar a declarar contra jueces hecho que “puede o no suceder” según advierte el polémico abogado.
“Para vencer eso tendría que declarar en todos los jueces y f iscales que considerare yo que han s ido parte de un consorcio que puede existir o no, entonces el detalle es eso. Si se me quiere orillar por temas familiares, por temas de salud a vencer mi moral para prestar una declaración que esencialmente perjudique a autoridades judiciales y fiscales puede o no suceder, pero si llega a suceder se quedan sin jueces ni fiscales” reitera el abogado Torrico.
El denominado “abogado torturador” es conocido por defender a delincuentes prontuariados y a policías que incurrieron en la comisión de delitos. Se lo considera líder de un consorcio delincuencial en el que participaban vocales, jueces, fiscales, abogados y policías.
Actualmente existen cinco procesos contra el abogado torturador: el caso del mecánico torturado, la presunta extorsión a su padrastro, el caso videos de tortura y el supuesto consorcio de jueces, fiscales, policías y abogados.
