En la mañana de hoy, 21 de mayo se realizó la «feria judicial 2019» en la ciudad de Yacuiba organizado por el Tribunal Departametal de Justicia de Tarija con el objetivo de informar a la ciudadanía acerca de las actividades y competencias del Órgano Judicial mediante los diferentes juzgados
En el acto de inauguración estuvieron presentes la Dra. María Cristina Diaz Sosa, Magistrada del Tribunal de Justicia, Dr. Hermes Flores Egüez, Presidente del Tribunal Departamental de Justicia de Tarija, Dr. Aymore Francisco Álvarez, Fiscal Departamental de Tarija y autoridades locales.
La Magistrada María Cristina Díaz al momento de inaugurar la feria manifestó que con estas actividades se pretende acercar la justicia al pueblo, donde los litigantes puedan ser informados de todo el proceso judicial que se sigue en cada uno de los Juzgados y Tribunales.
Asimismo, ponderó que se pretende cambiar la justicia y una de las políticas que se ha optado para ello es a través de la carrera judicial en base a méritos, el buzón judicial, entre otros.
«Queremos transparentar la justicia mediante la denuncia y reclamos de los litigantes por retardación de justicia y otros aspectos, nosotros haremos el seguimiento correspondiente y si corresponde se inicia el proceso al operador de justicia» expresó durante su discurso Diaz.
Por otra parte, la Representante del Consejo de la Magistratura de Tarija, Dra. Sandra Gutierrez manifestó que en esta visita se hizo una inspección y seguimiento a denuncias que se presentaron en la Casa de Justicia de Yacuiba en los meses anteriores.
Se tuvo la participación de más de 10 stand, el personal de los Juzgados y demás instituciones obsequiaron folletos informativos; además, emitieron mensajes mediante parodias y mimos.
