«La Fuerza de Lucha Contra el Narcotráfico (FELCN) después de la observación ocular realizará el trabajo de campo en laboratorio para corroborar el tipo de droga y el peso real» sostuvo Tórrez.
Las investigaciones se realizarán a partir de la guía de encomienda, pues tiene un remitente y destinatario.
