En conferencia de prensa el día de hoy, la Secretaria de Salud municipal, Dra. Alba Rifarash manifestó que la intervención del ingreso a la Dirección del Hospital Rubén Zelaya de la ciudad de Yacuiba no es algo político sino que el Control social está cumpliendo con sus funciones en base a la Ley N°341.
El día de ayer comités de Salud a la cabeza de la Sra. Reyna Plata, tomaron el ingreso a la oficina del Director del Hospital, Dr. Oscar Aliaga, de quién piden ante el Servicio Departamental de Salud (SEDES) su destitución por no atender los requimientos que necesita este nosocomio.
El sector salud se ha pronunciado ante este hecho respaldando al Dr. Oscar Aliaga, donde aseverán que es una medida direccionada políticamente.
«Nosotros nada tenemos que ver con esta medida del Control Social, nosotros estamos cumpliendo con aquello que se nos ha encomendado, cual es la parte administrativa del sector salud» dijo Rifarash.
Con relación a la especialista en dermatología aseguró que no es competencia del Director del hospital aceptar o rechazar la contratación de personal, porque él no maneja recursos, sino es la Secretaría de Salud municipal la que tiene competencia.
No nos ha comunicado ni informado nada sobre esta especialidad- argumentó Rifarash al momento de informar que se ha hecho las gestiones para que la profesional dermatóloga atienda una vez por semana en Yacuiba, disponiendo 40 fichas en cada visita.
Asimismo, desmintió que el quirófano no cuente con instrumental y si así fuera el responsable de este servicio tiene la obligación de hacer los requermientos para la compra de nuevos instrumentos, pero a la fecha no han recibido ningún requerimiento.
