El Consejo de la Magistratura procesó a 101 funcionarios por presuntos hechos de corrupción registrados en oficinas de Derechos Reales (DDRR) del país. Unas 80 personas son procesadas en la vía disciplinaria y 21 fueron remitidas a la instancia penal.
«Tenemos aproximadamente 80 personas con presuntas faltas; ellas están en procesos administrativos por la comisión de presuntas faltas disciplinarias, ya sean leves, graves o gravísimas y 21 funcionarios que pasarían a ser parte de procesos penales, a nivel nacional», informó el presidente del Consejo de la Magistratura, Gonzalo Alcón.
Tras varias denuncias por irregularidades en distintas oficinas de DDRR, la Magistratura, en abril de este año, inició auditorías técnicas, financieras y jurídicas en todo el país, para verificar estos hechos.
Hoy Alcón acudió a la Comisión de Justicia de la Cámara de Diputados para responder a una petición de informe y ahí informó sobre estas irregularidades, las medidas que se dispuso y los resultados alcanzados en las auditorías.
Mencionó que entre las medidas que asumieron es la renovación de todo el personal de DDRR a nivel nacional que actualmente cuenta con 338 ítems, proceso que está en fase de convocatoria; la implementación de un plan de emergencia para descongestionar y desburocratizar las oficinas; trabajar un proyecto de ley para reemplazar la norma caduca de DDRR que data de 1887.
La autoridad también informó que se hicieron auditorías a todas las oficinas de DDRR en el país, cuyos resultados fueron remitidos a la Comisión de Diputados, como el tema de partidas adulteradas, registros irregulares, entre otros.
Producto de esto se elaboró una lista de funcionarios implicados a los cuales se los procesó como corresponde, a un grupo por faltas leves, graves y gravísimas y a otros por delitos penales. Dijo que cada caso detectado es analizado para tomar acciones de prevención frente a estas irregularidades.
Alcón mencionó que este trabajo inicial de control y fiscalización es la base de futuras acciones que realizarán no solo en oficinas de DDRR sino también en ambientes judiciales.
«El Consejo de la Magistratura, entre sus brazos, entre sus competencias, atribuciones y funciones tiene el papel de hacer control y fiscalización, no solamente en las oficinas de Derechos Reales, vale decir no solamente en las áreas administrativas, sino también en los juzgados, vale decir en la parte jurisdiccional», finalizó.
