El Secretario de Desarrollo Social del Gobierno Regional del Chaco, Carlos Lema informó que esta institución no procederá a cancelar salarios adeudados a salubristas del Programa de Fortalecimiento de Salud, si no existe una Disposición Normativa Regional (DINORE) emitida por la Asamblea Regional.
«Hoy hemos presentado un proyecto de Ley de DINORE a la Asamblea y nos nos quisieron recibir, porque ya no están recibiendo notas, es preciso que se apruebe esa disposición para que el ejecutivo regional lo promulgue y se proceda a cancelar salarios, necesitamos de un respaldo para cancelar los salarios», señaló Lema.
Lema explicó que la DINORE le da postetad al ejecutivo regional para cancelar salarios de la partida presupuestaria 1.000, para no incurrir en uso indebido de bienes del Estado, que pueden derivar en procesos penales contra el ejecutivo, José Quecaña.
En días pasados, el presidente de la Asamblea Regional, Ing, Mario Aldana aclaró que el ejecutivo regional no requiere de ninguna DINORE para cancelar los salarios, puesto que la Asamblea no tiene competencia para autorizar el pago de salarios; además emitieron una minuta de comunicación conminando a Quecaña, para que gestione los recursos para cancelación de manera excepcional.
Los salubristas del Chaco bloquea la ruta internacional número 9, exigiendo el pago de tres meses de salarios.
