Yacuiba: FELCC restaca a una menor víctima de sustracción

La Fuerza Especial de Lucha contra el Crimen (FELCC) de Yacuiba rescató en la jornada de ayer jueves a una menor de 16 años, sustraída por un sujeto de 26 años de edad.

El Director de la FELCC, Cp. Gonzalo Ojeda informó que la menor fue rescatada en el municipio de Cabezas (Mora) del departamento de Santa Cruz, el sujeto de iniciales José C. fue aprehendido y trasladado a Yacuiba, para ser puesto ante la justicia.

«En menos de 24 horas hemos logrado restacar a la menor, una vez colectada la información proporcionada por el padre de la menor», indicó Ojeda.

De acuerdo a las evaluaciones realizadas a la menor, se encontraría en estado de gestación.

La sustracción se habría producido el pasado 15 de enero, los padres pusieron la denuncia dos meses después.
