Carlos Eduardo Brú Cavero este lunes fue posesionado como alcalde municipal del municipio de Yacuiba por el periodo constitucional 2021-2026, la posesión estuvo a cargo del presidente del Concejo municipal, Franz Sandoval.
En el acto de posesión se contó la participación de invitados especiales como ser autoridades policiales y militares, educación y de la sociedad civil.
En su discurso ratificó sus propuestas de campaña como ser:
- Reducción de salarios de autoridades electas municipales en un 50%.
- Reducción de personal en la Alcaldía, según Brú actualmente ascendería a más de 1.000 funcionarios.
- Pondrá en funcionamiento las 25.000 computadoras y los pondrá a servicio de los estudiantes bajo la responsabilibidad de los padres de familia.
- Internet gratuita para los estudiantes.
- Construcción de un hospital de segundo nivel en inmediaciones del área rural.
- Gestionar para que la Empresa municipal de Agua Potable Yacuiba (EMAPYC) sea la encargada de cobrar la tasa de aseo urbano.
- Generar oportunidades para pequeños y medianos productores, como así también del sector ganadero, etc.
Brú en su primer discurso también arremetió contra la gestión del alcalde saliente, Dr. Ramiro Vallejos, respecto a que los recursos de esta gestión ya estarían comprometidos y que solo quedarán en caja y banco un saldo de más de 1 millón de bolivianos; además de una deuda de aproximadamente de 100 millones de bolivianos.
«Esta gestión será muy difícil para nuestra gestión porque los recursos ya están comprometidos», manifestó en su primer discurso emitido desde el Salón Consistorial del Concejo municipal.
