Lo que se puede leer en la documentación era el pedido de suspensión del subgobernador de la provincia Vaca Díez, Huanger Ávila, representante del MAS. Se sabe que esta autoridad continúa en el cargo.
De ser cierto, este sería el segundo caso que se conoce del uso de este logo que ha sido repudiado por los oficialistas. Incluso hay una denuncia en contra de funcionarios de una imprenta que realizaron el trabajo de impresión en al menos 30 folders que contenían información de la Administración de Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares a la Navegación Aérea (Aasana).
Por este ‘error’, Mauricio Arévalo, renunció al cargo de director de esta entidad administrada por el Estado. En este caso, el fiscal Omar Mejillones que fue asignado a la investigación, indicó que puede haber una pena de hasta tres años de cárcel si es que se comprueba la comisión de delitos.
