Roca junto a otros pastores y amautas participó de la ceremonia interreligiosa en el acto de lanzamiento de la campaña electoral del Movimiento al Socialismo, donde pidió a Dios la bendición para los candidatos: Evo Morales y Álvaro García Linera.
“Para que bendigas desde el cielo para que gobierne con sabiduría de Dios el Estado. Señor creemos firmemente que este es el camino que tú has trazado para nuestra Bolivia de bendición al mando de este binomio, bendecimos al presidente Evo y vicepresidente Álvaro, declaramos victoria, victoria y bendición sobrenatural sobre nuestra Bolivia”, proclamó el sábado en Chimoré.
