Fabiola Pardo, jueza del Juzgado de Sentencia Séptimo fue aprehendida este jueves, por los presuntos delitos de incumplimiento de deberes y resoluciones contrarias a las leyes, por intentar dejar en libertad a dos sujetos involucrados en tráfico de sustancias controladas, quienes fueron capturados en posesión de 160 kilogramos de cocaína el 2018.
La jueza fue aprehendida después de una audiencia de medidas cautelares donde solicitó que se “aumenten los riesgos procesales” de los dos imputados y acusados por el delito de narcotráfico, informó el fiscal Anticorrupción, Iván Ortiz.
“Se ha procedido a la aprehensión de la jueza Fabiola Pardo, después de escuchar y presenciar una audiencia en la que se pedía aumentar los riesgos procesales de dos imputadas, uno de ellos es de nacionalidad colombina y el otro boliviano”, sostuvo el fiscal.
Ramón S. y Andrés Ch. fueron detenidos en el municipio de San Julián en el departamento de Santa Cruz, en septiembre de 2018, cuando pretendían transportar 160 kilogramos de cocaína en una avioneta.
Ortiz informó que la Fiscalía “Anticorrupción se hizo presente y verificó ese hecho, se trata de dos delitos gravísimos por los cuales ya están acusados de tráfico de sustancias controladas y asociación delictuosa”.
A Pardo le hacían seguimiento hace mucho tiempo, después que en otro caso de tráfico de sustancias controladas en el municipio de Yacuiba dejó en libertad a seis personas que habían sido aprehendidas en posesión de 650 kilogramos de cocaína. “De los acusados solo quedó uno detenido”, protestó el fiscal Ortiz.
La autoridad fiscal considera que existe una actitud dolosa, sin embargo, después que Pardo fue conducida a la Fuerza Especial de Lucha contra el Crimen para su declaración ésta optó por acogerse al silencio. Este viernes será sometida a medidas cautelares.
