El papa Francisco exhortó hoy a los jóvenes a «liberarse de la dependencia» del teléfono móvil que es «como una droga», durante su discurso a los estudiantes del instituto público Ennio Quirino Visconti de Roma a quienes hoy recibió en el Vaticano.
«¡Liberaos de la de dependencia del móvil!. ¡Por favor!», clamó Francisco que precisó «que los teléfonos móviles son un gran progreso, y son de gran ayuda, y hay que usarlos, pero que si uno se convierte en esclavo del teléfono pierde su libertad».
El papa les recordó que cómo existen las dependencias, como la dependencia de las droga, también «el teléfono móvil es una droga» que «puede reducir la comunicación a simples contactos».
«La vida es comunicar y no solo simples contactos«, les indicó el pontífice argentino a los jóvenes.
Francisco también instó a los estudiantes a luchar contra el acoso escolar que es como «una guerra» y aseguró que le duele saber que en muchos colegios existen este fenómeno.
Asimismo les pidió que no tuvieran miedo «de las diversidades» y recordó que «el diálogo entre las diferentes culturas enriquece un país, enriquece la Patria, y nos hace mirar hacia una tierra de todos y no sólo para algunos».
