Despúes de haber bloqueado el día de ayer el ingreso a la Planta Separadora de Líquidos, los comunarios levantaron la medida de presión tras una reunión con las autoridades del Gobierno municipal, regional y Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) donde llegaron a acordar demandas reflejadas en su pliego petitorio.
Las demandas que exigían era la instalación de gas domiciliario, canalización de aguas pluviales, mantenimiento de caminos y alumbrado público.
Ante esta situación, en el mismo día de ayer en horas de la tarde se reunieron los dirigentes de las comunidades de San Isidro, Lapachal Alto, 15 de Agosto, Campo Grande y La Grampa con el Ejecutivo municipal, funcionarios del Gobierno regional y Ejecutivos de YPFB donde llegaron a los siguientes acuerdos:
- El Alcalde se comprometió a disponer 5.000 litros de diésel para maquinarias y poder realizar el mantenimiento de las calles y caminos.
- En la reformulación del POA se asignará recursos económicos para el estudio a diseño final del proyecto de construcción de drenajes pluviales, puentes y defensivos, previa gestión de financiamiento.
- YPFB socializará los requisitos que deben cumplir para las conexiones de gas domiciliario.
- Los comunarios elaborarán perfiles de proyectos para benficiarse del programa “Mi Barro Mi Hogar” para la demanda del alumbrado público.
Según declaraciones del Cnel. Anibal Rivas la medida se levantó a horas 21: 00 de día de ayer permitiendo que las sisternas puedan ingresar y salir de la Planta.
«Esperamos que este acuerdo sea una solución definitiva, ya que hace un año atrás se tuvo el mismo problema» anunció el Cnel. Rivas.
