El presidente Evo Morales, promulgo la Ley de Abreviación Procesal que reduce los plazos y trámites de adopción nacional e internacional hoy viernes en la ciudad de Tarija.
El objetivo de esta ley es garantizar a las niñas, niños y adolescentes la restitución de su derecho a tener una familia.
La disposición tiene dos artículos, dos disposiciones adicionales, cinco disposiciones transitorias, dos disposiciones finales y dos abrogatorias y derogatorias; se modifican 23 artículos del Código Niña, Niño, Adolescente.
Asmismo, se crea el Registro Único de Adopción Nacional e Internacional (RUANI) para contar con una base de datos única de niños, niñas y adolescentes que cuenten con sentencia ejecutoriada de filiación o extinción; estará a cargo el registro estará a cargo de la Agencia de Gobierno Electrónico y Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (AGETIC) y el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia.
Con esta ley el trámite de adopción durará entre 6 meses a 1 año; antes era de dos a cinco años.
