Con un colorido y emotivo desfile, las unidades educativas de nivel inicial abrieron ayer el programa de homenajes por los 210 años del Primer Grito Libertario en la Capital. El civismo de los niños, sin embargo, se vio deslucido por un bloqueo de protesta que constructores impagos protagonizaron en plena Plaza 25 de Mayo. Hoy es el turno de más de un centenar de colegios de primaria y secundaria.
Ayer, desde muy temprano, el principal escenario de los actos cívicos, la plaza central, amaneció bloqueada (en la esquina Aniceto Arce y Arenales) por una decena de vehículos pertenecientes a empresas constructoras que reclaman a la Alcaldía pagos diferidos desde 2018. Esta situación entorpeció el tránsito vehicular y demoró el inicio del desfile del nivel inicial.
Los niños tuvieron que ingresar por la acera, lo cual no impidió que más de 70 kínderes de Sucre demuestren su patriotismo con diferentes alegorías alusivas a la efeméride de mayo.
Las autoridades educativas encabezaron el desfile en el que destacó la creatividad de los establecimientos que a la cabeza de sus profesores demostraron su fervor cívico.
Niños con globos blancos y rojos que soltaron a su paso por la Casa de la Libertad, banderas de Chuquisaca y Bolivia por doquier, estudiantes disfrazados de personajes de la gesta libertaria como Juana Azurduy y Manuel Ascencio Padilla, entre otros, caracterizaron el emotivo homenaje en el que no faltaron los aplausos y los ánimos que infundían los padres de familia.
Sobresalieron también los carros alegóricos, uno de ellos alusivo a la Campana de la Libertad, que fue acompañado por estudiantes con vestimenta típica de los nueve departamentos.
El fervor de los niños fue aplaudido por las autoridades y la población que se dio cita en la plaza central para apreciar el desfile.
ESCOLARES
Hoy, más de un centenar de establecimientos de nivel primario y secundario, tanto fiscales, de convenio como particulares rendirán su homenaje al Primer Grito Libertario a partir de las 8:00.
El punto de partida es la esquina San Alberto y Calvo, desde donde se trasladarán a la Plaza 25 de Mayo.
Más tarde, a partir de las 18:30, el homenaje continuará con las unidades educativas del turno nocturno, Centros de Educación Alternativa (CEAS) e institutos superiores. La concentración será en las calles San Alberto y Aniceto Arce.
Desfiles
• Viernes 24 de mayo
8:00 Desfile escolar de los niveles primario y secundario
Concentración: Esquina de las calles San Alberto y Calvo.
18:30 Desfile de teas: Colegios del turno nocturno.
Concentración: Calles San Alberto y Aniceto Arce.
• Sábado 25 de mayo
9:30 Desfile cívico por el 25 de Mayo (instituciones, guarnición militar y policial).
Concentración: Avenida Hernando Siles esquina Aniceto Arce.
