El presidente del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ), José Antonio Revilla, informó el viernes que la comisión de seguimiento de las conclusiones de la Cumbre de Justicia destacó los avances para la implementación de la Ley 1173, de Abreviación Procesal Penal y Fortalecimiento a la Lucha Integral contra la violencia a Niñas, Niños, Adolescentes y Mujeres.
«Es una reunión de la comisión 898, que ha tenido por objeto evaluar los avances que se tiene en la normativa previa en el plan de implementación de la Ley 1173, la reunión resultó altamente positiva y estamos encaminados en términos bastante óptimos, se aprobó la normativa complementaria, siguiendo el plan y las operaciones jurídicas y operaciones correspondientes», informó a los periodistas.
Revilla dijo que realizaron un «análisis meticuloso» de los tres ejes de la implementación operativa, capacitación a jueces, personal jurisdiccional, fiscales y policía boliviana, y la socialización para que la población conozca los beneficios de esa norma.
«Tenemos asegurados los desembolsos del TGN (Tesoro General de la Nación) para la implementación de 41 juzgados y 43 Oficinas Gestoras con un aproximado de 34 millones del TGN y el aporte de Recursos del Órgano Judicial, consiguientemente la parte económica está saldada», agregó.
Anunció que esos recursos serán ejecutados en las próximas semanas, una vez sean determinados los destinos adecuados.
«Esta ley pretende establecer un proceso fundacional de revolución de la justicia en Bolivia», concluyó Revilla.
La Comisión 898, de Seguimiento de las Conclusiones de la Cumbre de Justicia, está presidida por el titular del Ministerio de Justicia y conformada por los presidentes de las cámaras de diputados y senadores, los presidente del Órgano Judicial, el Fiscal General del Estado ,el Ministerio de Gobierno y el Procurador General del Estado.
