Dos semanas después de haber fugado de la cárcel de Chonchocoro, Henry Franklin C. C. de 33 años de edad, autor confeso de parricidio, fue recapturado por la Policía en la ciudad de El Alto. Lo sorprendieron trabajando repartiendo panfletos de un centro nocturno.
Henry dijo que escapó de la cárcel porque lo iban a matar. Denunció que fue amenazado al interior de Chonchocoro, por haber escuchado información “sin querer queriendo” en su sección y que entonces decidió fugarse, porque eso era mejor que morir.
“No soy una persona mala”, manifestó, a tiempo de señalar que tiene esposa e hijo.
Henry rompió en llanto. Expresó que tiene miedo porque de regresar a Chonchocoro, sabe que va a morir.
