El ministro de Comunicación, Manuel Canelas, informó hoy que se envió a la contraloría General del Estado los ochos contratos que esa Cartera de Estado firmó con la empresa “Neurona” para la elaboración de productos digitales de la campaña marítima.
Son ocho contratos entre órdenes de servicio, el monto total alcanza a 12.461.000 bolivianos, ya le enviamos la solicitud para que haga las auditorías de todos los contratos. Queda en manos de la Contraloría”, declaró Canelas.
La empresa mexicana Neurona Consulting se adjudicó, por invitación directa, contratos para elaborar productos digitales de la campaña marítima.
Neurona tenía la responsabilidad de elaborar e implementar una estrategia en torno a la reivindicación marítima en las redes sociales y dejó de trabajar para el Gobierno antes de que él asuma el cargo en el Ministerio.
La firma habría sido fundada un mes antes de aterrizar en Bolivia (tenía escritura legal del 19 de febrero de 2018) y ser contratada por el Estado. Se especializaba en piezas para plataformas digitales y, según confirmó ayer Canelas, trabajó en torno a la demanda marítima.
El caso volvió a cobrar notoriedad en los últimos días debido a un pedido de informe a Canelas enviado por los senadores opositores Yerko Núñez y Óscar Ortiz, en el que aseguran que Neurona se creó en 2017 con un patrimonio inicial de solo 5.000 dólares, accediendo a millonarios contratos en el país.
Fuera de las producciones del tema marítimo, la empresa mexicana Neurona Consulting S.A. realizó una estrategia de comunicación y un trabajo de producción de piezas comunicacionales para “plataformas digitales”.
